I love to capture these connections–even when the smallest subjects aren’t interested in connecting:)!  Still, I’m fast and sneaky and very, very patient.  Love these kinds of shots…

This darling children’s book, Fancy Nancy, is the theme for her birthday.  Indeed, she had the fanciest, nanciest dress I’ve photographed.

I just love this scrumptious one year old.  Especially his curls.  And, his sweetness combined with a hint of mischief.

He and his three siblings have the most amazing eyes.  Check out the intensity of big sister’s eyes.  Wow!

The focus of this session is the youngest who just turned one, but I couldn’t resist capturing his other sister with equally stunning eyes.

It was a photo extravaganza!  I traveled to Northern Michigan again to photograph this fantastic senior and sneaked a few in of his sweet sister and wonderful family.

I traveled to Ludington to meet these gorgeous boys.  These images reflect a fabulous summer evening at the beach.  Such fun color . . .  such a wonderful family.

I love Northern Michigan, and fortunately for us, we have friends who live in Charlevoix.  Looking forward to a weekend of fun and friends and maybe a few photos:).

However, before I go I need to share a few photos from this recent session.   Especially this first one–a personal favorite of mine.   Having two girls myself, this shot holds a soft spot in my heart.  These girls clearly share a special bond, and their parents are wonderful, too.

Their special personalities shine in their photographs.  They were so polite, so sweet, not complaining even a bit about the SWARM of mosquitoes.  I even had to photoshop a few of those pesky bugs–especially the ones that had landed on their faces!!  Despite the hardships, the entire session was a true pleasure from start to finish.
